Morning flowers

Pale spring morning sunlight, breaking weakly through the clouds, signaled the start of a new day. It was accompanied by a chorus of song (that had been going on since around four in the morning, damn birds) and a flutter of wings as birds went about their daily routines. Stillwater had a lot of animal life, and a lot of plant life – all in all it was a town very in touch with nature! It also looked like it would be a beautiful day, and warm if the sunshine persisted throughout the morning.
Hadrian Steele, long black hair tied back into a tight ponytail that sat on the middle of his head, dressed in plain black slacks, a white shirt, and an apron, glanced upward to the sky as he unlocked the door to Flowerworks. Today was one of the days he would be maintaining the shop on his own. Pamela was in bed at home, not feeling well enough to get up. Unfortunately that meant the smithy would be closed the majority of the day, but fortunately Flowerworks would have its head designer around!
As the day slowly began to roll by, Hadrian would be visible in the shop working on watering and organizing the flowers. Maybe you should visit him!
((You can visit Pamela too, at home, if you want!))
